Sikky LS Catch Can & AOS Combo Kit

It’s rare when you can “have your cake and eat it too” as the saying goes but in this case you can!  Sikky developed a high quality catch can that can easily be converted into an AOS (air oil separator)

The Sikky Catch Can is a compact and efficient way to remove the oil from your crankcase ventilation system routing clean air back to your engine.  Quality second to none and packed with features and benefits making this catch can a must have for your next build. In base form the cans are equipped with dual knitted stainless steel mesh filters to ensure maximum oil is removed from the air while flowing through the can.  Allowing clean air it to be re routed back into the engine reducing the amount of carbon buildup and oil residue deposits on key components of the engine.

This can is universal to all LS engines and is designed to bolt to the right side cylinder head conveniently located yet out of the way.  This can will work great regardless of which car your LS engine is in and is universal to the LS engine itself.  CNC machined from 6061 Billet Aluminum right here at Sikky HQ in the USA!  A black anodized hard coat ensures the aluminum is protected and keeps it looking good for many years to come.

There are several options for configuring the inlets and outlet to suit your unique needs.  A handy thread in dipstick allows you to quickly check the oil level in your can.  Oil can be simply drained using the drain plug on the bottom or you can thread the base off to pour out if you like.

If you would prefer to make this can into an Air Oil Separator simply add the AOS option at checkout.  This includes a coolant reservoir that bolts on to the bottom of the can.  This reservoir  heats the can to reduce condensation allowing the oil to be drained right back into the crankcase or oil pan with the provided drain line system.  No need to worry about draining your can because the oil will return to the engine on it’s own as it’s collected.  Fittings, lines and check valve are included to make sure this is a trouble free install.

Fitment Notes:

• Can be used universally on all LS engines (some will require moving some factory harness’ and brackets)
• If running a Sikky pan the oil drain back can thread into the provided ports on the pan
• If routing the drain somewhere else you may need to add fittings or a bung
