Sikky Manufacturing has spent the last year testing and developing a new design of our popular Lexus GSF exhaust header. Our challenge was to design and build the ultimate header from the ground up. Highest power gain, perfect fitment and supreme craftsmanship were our goals.
This completely new header consists of the following key attributes.
- 100% stainless steel construction
- Massive 1 7/8” primaries
- High flow collectors with merge bullets
- CNC head flanges
- CNC collector flange with machined pocket for gasket
- Tig welded
- Extremely tight tolerance for perfect fitment every time
Knowing all too well the typical dyno debates we were careful to do all testing back to back. We even had testing done on a third parties dyno for impartial results. Confirming what we found on our dyno and ensuring you will get the same results. Needless to say we spent hundreds of hours making sure this header would be able to have and hold the title of the best header on the market for some time to come.
This product is Not legal for Street or Off Highway use in California or in states that have adopted California Emissions Regulations and is only intended for Closed course competition use, except 1965 and Older US manufactured California Certified vehicles, 1967 or older US manufactured Federally Certified vehicles, or 1967 and older Foreign manufactured vehicles which may have any aftermarket add-on or modified part installed as long as the vehicle can still meet the tailpipe emission standards for the year of the vehicle and retain any original or retrofit crankcase control (PCV) devices and NOx device required for the year of the vehicle.
