CAD Technician

Positions Summary:

Uses Solidworks to creat CAD drawings from prototypes, refine and change existing designs, work with CNC machinists and production team to optimize production of components as well help wherever needed.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create, update and maintain product design drawings in SolidWorks
  • Design mechanical components and assemblies
  • Performs engineering calculations
  • Provide manufacturing and assembly support
  • Incorporate engineering updates into documentation database
  • High level of attention to detail

Qualifications

  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of SolidWorks
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes (CNC machining, welding, sheet metal).

  • Machine controls experience is a plus

Machine Operator

Position Summary:

The CNC Machinist sets up and operates computer numerical controlled (CNC) mills and lathes to produce precision metal components, inspects product to drawing specifications, recognizes machining issues and is able to make mechanical or offsetting adjustments as needed.

Customer Service Rep/ Sales Assistant

Position Summary:

Warehouse Shipping/Receiving

Position Summary:

Handles shipping and distribution activities in accordance with organizational policies under the direction of the Warehouse Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Pulls and packs orders in a timely manner
  • Installs straps, braces and padding to shipments to prevent shifting and damage during shipping
  • Processes all shipping labels
  • Verifies accuracy of inbound and outbound shipments
  • Maintains inventory of packing/shipping supplies and requests reorders as needed
  • Keeps records of all goods shipped and received
  • Drives company vehicle to customer locations to deliver products
  • Obtains customer signature on company copy, provides customer with receipt

Warehouse:

  • Operates forklift, pallet jack and/or other equipment
  • Replaces light bulbs, operates floor machine and other cleaning/maintenance needs as necessary
  • Examines shipment contents for damage prior to accepting
  • Reviews purchase orders or shipping manifests to confirm inbound shipment accuracy
  • Maintains a clean and organized work area
  • Adheres to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures
